Hanauma Bay is a treasure to both our district and the State of Hawaii. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Craig Downs of the Haereticus Lab and Lisa Bishop of the Friends of Hanauma Bay to promote legislation that will ban the use of sunscreens containing oxybenzone in the State of Hawaii.
